I Heart U!!!

I put a real heavy layer of crackle medium over Dorothy's picture, and this is the result! Reminds me of stained glass! I used a ton of new Prima flowers, and paper on this one! I also cut and curled back paper, then inserted eyelets, laced and tied paper back with ribbon and a bow!! Made the large flower, hearts, and title letters.
