Guest designer @ Vintage Cafe' Card challenge!

Cowboys

This lo is for a couple challenges! The sketches were so similar, that it worked for both! Paper Stories and Sketchabilities! I tweeked the sketch just a little and came up with this! I got a little carried away with the chevrons, but love them1 I layered and distressed all the papers, did a little stamping and added a couple rub ons, and washi tape! Love......

This is for a couple challenges! Scrapmemory - using sketch and TBOPYeckar Mactepckar Memyapnc (first time entering)-also using sketch...........the sketches were almost identical just moved the pic over a little bit, worked for both! I layered and distressed the papers, added several of my new stamps, used some distressed cardboard, made the chevron's, added a trinket bulb from Prima, and added some vines that I stamped and cut out! I also used washi tape here and there, and wrote & cut out the LOVE title! If you click on pics they will enlarge, and hopefully you will see my "DRY EMBOSSING" on both sides of pic......that was tough to do!!! Just Dance......(made top 3...ya-hooo)

This is for a couple challenges! I really wanted to step out of my comfort zone and do something really different from my very vintage shabby chic style, so tried the sketch from Scrap Lifting and the colors from Scrap Magic (pink-blue-orange-green....first time entering!!). The design is quite simple but oh so pretty! I used the sketch, added some pretty pink birds, the staples to hold on yarn are pink too! I used an embossing template from Tim Holtz for background, and also did some cut work for the "shabby" brick piece behind birds..............couldn't help it, just had to do that! Shades Of Lilac....... Guest designer!

I am Guest Designer this month over at Live & Love Crafts Inspiration & challenge blog! So excited, and was an awesome challenge too......shades of Lilac! So I used this gorgeous picture of these vintage Ballet slippers for my inspiration! Happy Mother's Day.....

This is for several challenges. Magnolia Down Under (buttons), Stamp & Create With Magnolia (spring with buttons), Totally Tilda (embossing), Mid-week Magnolia's (lace), & Tilda's Town (May Day & flowers). I added some very pretty flowers, added some die cut leaves, distressed all the papers, added some buttons, pretty lace, and some heat embossed Frantage , and a stamped branch that I did some cut work on! Happy Mother's Day.....

This is for the challenge over at Vintage Cafe Card Challenge (a picture that inspires us-and I even used pic on card), and Deep Ocean Challenge (fav colors).. I was so inspired by the colors and softness of the background in this pic, and loved it so much, added it to card! ( I have several pics such as this, I usually get off The Graphic Fairy, or another site called Free graphics.) I really distressed everything for a very vintage feel, added gauze and netting, pearls, rolled roses, die cut leaves, and the picture that inspired this card!
