Happy B-Day......

This is for a couple challenges Midweek Magnolia's (Happy birthday) and Time For A Magnolia Challenge (birthday). I layered and distressed all the papers, made the rolled roses, added lace, balloons, swirls of pearls, then splattered with white paint for a little snap of a party! Click on pics for more detail!
