Happy Birthday...

This is for a few challenges! Card Makin Mamas (Happy Birthday), Creative Card Crew (birthday),Deep Ocean Challenge (for a boy), Top Tip Tuesday (tag). I layered and distressed all the papers, made the banner & tag, added string and button, a bicycle and stars! I LOVE that little character, think he's so cute!
