Shabby Chic with butterflies.....

This is one of my fav cards......Love the color, and I added all kinds of cute goodies! Burlap background for roses, die cut leaves, punched leaves-butterflies-hearts, some really pretty vintage lace, pearls, and I white washed the tiny clothes pin! This is for several challenges- Midweek Magnolia's (shabby chic), It's A Magnolia challenge (white & one other color-teals ), Simply Magnolia (anything goes), Magnolia Mania (butterflies), Marvelous Magnolia challenge (punches-butterflies, leaves, heart ). Happy Birthday...

This is for a few challenges! Card Makin Mamas (Happy Birthday), Creative Card Crew (birthday),Deep Ocean Challenge (for a boy), Top Tip Tuesday (tag). Our Family Adventure...

This is for the last challenge of Febuary at Skissedilla I used the sketch #199, just tweeked it a little! Also for Another Freaking Scrappy challenge (passion- my family is my passion). I slipped the title up above in the banner, and the journal looking background paper is on the back of pictures instead of off to the right of pitures! I layered and distressed all papers, made my brick background, splattered paint about, made the embellie to right of picture, put rope around picture, made all the stars, and added some banner to upper left of lo! Easter.....

This is for a few challenges! Magnolia Down Under (lime-pink), Marvelous Magnolia (floral bonanza), Midweek Magnolias (kraft paper), I layered and distressed all the papers, there's polka dots and striped paper, made the rolled roses, added the kraft paper as background, and used lime, and pink as the main colors! I also washed white paint across everything to tone down the ever so bright colors!! Thanks so much for takin'a peek! Teresa*

Baby Boy.......

This is for Time For A Magnolia challenge #3 Baby boy, Magnolia Mania (lace & pearls)! I love making these, so much fun! The carriage has a pillow inside with lace on the edge, also has lace on back of carriage! There's also pearls on the wheels and on the two little whirlie-birds on card! I used gauze as a blanket! Green - Red Christmas.....

This is for a couple challenges! Didn't think I'd be making any more Christmas cards, but here it is!! I actually made some of these this year, I sent them as cards, write on the back, but then they can hang them on tree, I liked that idea since you run out of room for cards! For..... Time for a Magnolia challenge (Christmas red and green) and Tilda's Town (Christmas). Used red and greens, I also used one of my "OLDER" Tilda's, think she's so cute! I cut center out and made it deep to put Tilda in! I added lace, die cut fence, trees which I layered to look 3-D, snowflakes and a bow! Thanks so much for stoppin' by and takin' peek! Teresa*

Life's an Adventure.......

This is for a few challenges! Kraft it up (use stickers- title and words on the banner are stickers), Let's Get Sketchy (using sketch provided), ScrapFriends all about scrapbooking (sketch challenge #10), Skissedilla ( I followed the sketch pretty close, but only used one picture not three, and my first time entering here, fun challege site)!). I wanted to enter all these challenges, the ones with sketches were so similar, that I felt comfortable about keeping close to all the sketches!! I love how this turned out! I made the brick template out of the cardboard from back of one of my tablets, drew the design, then cut squares out with exacto knife! Then I used my snow tex, and filled in squares which when it dryed literally looks like brick! I used my distress inks to add color throughout lo, then splattered black paint about the lo too! I made the banners, added the sticker words, we enjoy us, also added the sticker "life's an adventure" for the title. I also just drew around lo with black pen, it looked a little to bare for me! I also distressed the papers! That's my two grandson's and their dog Daisy! Also added flags to side of pic! If you click on pics they will enlarge for closer view! Was sooooooooo much fun to do! Easter Egg with acetate.......

This is for a couple challenges. Magnolia Down Under (acetate), Deep Ocean Challenge (B- bunny-blue), The Shabby Tea Room ( A silver lining), You, Me, nd Magnolia (anything goes).Fun little project to make! Used my oval die cut to make egg shape, made it deep enough in middle to lift Tilda off paper, then decorated with lots of pretty flowers and a vintage seam binding bow, with a yarn tie to hang it with! This is for a couple challenges, the sketches were so similiar that this fit both!! Creative Scrappers #247 and Sketchabilities #85. I layered and distressed all the papers, added some cardboard, splash of paint, some die cut leaves, rolled paper, butterfly, clothespin, and a large hand crotched flower made by me!! And that's Dorothy my little Cairn Terrier out in the pasture in the long winter grass, her color makes her blend in!!
