Celebrate.....

This "Tag" card is for a few challenges! Magnolia Down Under (wings), Midweek Magnolia's (anything goes), Tilda's Town (celebrate), Dutch Magnolia Lovers (bingo-lace-die-flowers), and It's A Magnolia Challenge (incorporate a clock). I layered and distressed all the papers on card and tag. Added handmade lace, rolled roses, a clock, ribbon, and my handmade wings for that so cute older Tilda!
