Family....

This is for a few challenges. Just Magnolia (pearls & dies), Magnolia Down Under(sketch),
 Mid-week Magnolias (distressed), Tilda's Town (fussy & fancy), Totally Tilda (bingo). A little step card using the sketch. Added a pearl, button with twine, lots of leaves, a bow made of seam binding, and two images colored with distress inks, and I also used my old shading technique that I used to use on my watercolors! White Christmas.....

This is for a few challenges! Magnolia Down Under (white on white), Just Magnolia (something new), Tilda's Town (fussy & fancy), The Shabby Tea Room (white challenge),
Magnolia-licious Highlights (anything but a card).  I made this ornament using all kinds of embellie's! there's white burlap behind her, lace in front, fence, pearls, trees, ribbon, bows, etc. She's one of my new stamps, just love her!! I used my dry emboss to add dots to the white papers too! All papers are distressed ! I made the rolled roses  and punched the snowflakes.Thanks so much for stoppin' and takin' a peek! Pop Up........

This is my pop-up card for Magnolia Down Under! I love making these cards.......but haven't made one for awhile, so this was fun!! I layered and distressed all the papers, added a die cut shape to top of card, added a little fence, birdcage, butterflies, ribbon, a clock, and if you click on pic for more detail, look close at the fairy- after I colored her with distress inks, I used my nimb pen and added dots for the shading......a technique I used to do on my watercolors! Autumn Colors!

This is for a few challenges! Just Magnolia (star), Deep Ocean (goodbye summer),
 7 Kids Collage Fund challenge (1 stamp-2 papers-3 embellies), Tilda's Town (autumn colors),
The Sketchy Challenge (sketch). I used the wonderful sketch, layered and distressed all the papers, added some gauze, flowers, pearls, ribbon, a button, a star, and when I colored Tilda with my distress inks, I did a little something different for the shading! If you look real close (clicking on pics they will enlarge), you will see I used my "nimb" pen to add hundreds of tiny dots for the shading! Years ago I used to do some watercolr painting, and this was part of the technique was to shade using thousands of "dots" to shade! I really liked the effect, and decided to try it on some of my stams! I really like the look! Thanks so much for stoppin' by and takin' a peek! Teresa*

Christmas in September....

This is for a couple challenges, Mid-week Magnolia's (Xmas in Sept.) and 
Stampin' For The Weekend (starting xmas early). Layered and distressed all the papers, added hand made wings that are textured to Tilda, made the snowflakes in the corners. Fun little card to make and thanks for stoppin' by and takin' a peek! Teresa*

This is for the challenge at TOMIC ( no character-dry embossed-sketch ). I layered and distressed all the papers, did some dry embossing, used two different scene stamps ( the trees are cut out of a Christmas stamp) I made the banner, added some pearls too! thanks so much for stoppin' by and takin' a peek! Happy Birthday....

I'm going to call this a "tag card".......because it looks like a tag, but opens up like a card with saying inside! Was fun to make, and I used my fav stamp which made it even more fun!! I layered and distressed all the papers, added handmade rolled roses, a charm, did some sewing, and used my fav color pink!!  This is for a few challenges........
