Christmas Card....3-D type!

I didn't get to load this before Christmas, been sick all through the holidays, had that nasty virus that's been going around Washington, and let me tell you, it's nasty! Anyway, starting to feel a little better, so came to load this up, and make some adjustments on my blog! I made this an easel card, and also gave it the 3-D effect, by standing the trees and adding that little gift made of paper down front! Made the lace around image, and the fence with my MS punches. The trees are a stamp, and the image is from Rick Dennis, he does amazing images (digi), they are simply incredible, such detail! They are just yummy! Thanks so much for stoppin' by and takin'a peek! Sketch challenge!

This was made using the sketch at Crazy 4 Challenges! What a fun sketch it is too! I found this image while blog hopping looking for some new digi sites, isn't he wonderful! The artist's name is Rick Dennis, and he does the most amazing characters! I have a snowman too that I purchased, cannot wait to use him! And this BG paper looks like it was made to go with the colors I used on him! My distress inks were perfect for the coloring of him! Anyway, punched out lots of snowflakes using matching patterned papers...........wanted this to be very whimsical! I distressed the papers, added two different ribbons, and just had fun with this one! Thanks for stoppin' by! Teresa

Anything but a Card!

This is for the Really Reasonable Ribbon Ramblings challenge.........anything but a card challenge! So I made this little Christmas Purse! Was a fun little project to do! Added some punched snowflakes, a circle journal, and of course some little black ribbon! Thanks for stoppin'a and takin'a peek! Teresa

Patchwork Magnolia!

I used Tim Holtz calender paper to make my patchwork background! I also used strips of same papers to make the botom of card have the patchwork feel also! I distressed all the papers. I added some pretty little "balls" around picture, and also added a Prima vine! I tried to make a "different" type card, so I made a wider but shorter base, for the base of the card! I like how it turned out! I also colored her very lightly with my distress inks, it's a much softer feel, which I think is pretty! I used circle journaling and highlighted it with glitter! Dorothy with her "new" Reindeer horns!

Well...............Dorothy and I went shopping yesterday, and as soon as I saw these antlers, well...............they looked perfect! She cannot get them off, they fit so well with the velcro under her chin, they were perfect! I had fun doing this lo, don't do that many any more, so this was fun to do! I took alot of the color out of the pic, and just left color on her face and antlers. Sorry.....that gold thing you see in middle of picture is a candle, that's what I was trying to erase a little! Added a ton of goodies on this, layered lots of distressed papers, made the lace around perimeter with my MS punch, and the snowflakes are also an MS punch! Added a few Prima goodies, and here it is! Tri-fold...Tiddly Inks!

I made this tri-fold card for the Tiddly Inks challenge and Crafty Catz! I did not have a Christmas image, so I took my "Batty For You", and removed her bat, and colored her as if she were an "Elf"! Used my distress inks to color her also! I'm pretty happy with the results! I really distressed the papers, added a really pretty lace around bottom, added several layered snowflakes that I made with my new punch! I used a mixture of papers, that added the Christmas touch also! I also added several of my "circle" journaling's that have Christmas sayings on them! Waltzing Mouse Challenge!

This is for the sketch challenge at Waltzing Mouse! This card and all it's embellie's, are made from paper! The lace around sentiment in front of card is made with my MS punch! I "flipped" the sketch, so I added a little twist to the design! I distressed the papers for that antique feel that I love so much! It feels like a card from the past to me! Easel Card for Magnolia Challenges!

I tried to get some decent pictures today, but the weather was so bad, this is the best I could get~ so I included three pictures, and hopefully you will be able to see it all with the help of all of them! The colors are "white and green (Just Magnolia)", and I also used the sketch (Magnolia Down Under), which was pretty awesome ! I made the lace out of paper; colored images with distress inks, and I also used another stamp for the trees! I tried to make this 3-D by propping up the trees and little "angel"! This is for The Shabby Tea Room challenge, what I'm Thankful For! So this card was made for a couple that are very good and dear friends! I used the colors that were in the picture for inspiration for us! I made the flowers for both outside and inside of card! I used my nesstibles also for the journaling on front of card! This card is for several challenges: High Hopes/Stamp & Create/Scrappy Frogs/Alota Rubber Stamps/Really Reasonable Ribbon Ramblings/ Pollycraft/Crazy 4 Challenges/ and Timeless Tuesday Challenges! Was such a fun card to do too! I colored the snowman with my distress inks, added ribbons, some Prima vines, a glittery star, and since I do not have a snowflake punch.......I used my "leaf" punches to try and make them look like a snowflake, like the way it turned out! Magnolia Challenges!!

This is for the Magnolia Down Under Challenge.......and also Just Magnolia Challenge!! I love this new paper line from Fancy Pants, the colors are awesome! I love any kind of brown, and even though I'm not a big fan of blue, these colors are pretty cool together!! I colored her in my distress inks, and used my nestibbles for her frame! I love the lace, really adds the shabby feel, and so does the disressing of the papers! I love to age things, so the shabby challenge is so much fun for me! Challenge at WaltzingMouse (card #2)!

I have already entered one card, but decided to do one more and add a "twist" to the sketch! It had three circles, so I changed it up, used my stamps, and added one design with a circle, one with another design, and the words are stamps, which add another one of the three elements! Magnolia Down Under challenge...Hand made embellie's!

I made an Easel Card for this one! I also made the "base" lace flower under the brown flower. I also made the paper lace doily under the image! I colored her with my distress inks, added some lace around picture, and distressed the papers too! I punched out the leaves, added some stars, and just had fun making the whole thing! Tiddly Inks Challenge!

This challenge called for three colors; mustard, olive, and purple! I know......you say, where's the purple? Look at the flower, it has a slash of purple in it, and under the big one, is a tiny lavender rose! So it's in there!! The card is "I'm Batty For You".........not at all a Halloween Card!! It's a Christmas card, but wanted to use my stamps, so I incorporated the "oil" stamps, and my music note stamps on background paper, and flower papers too! Magnolia Down Under challenge...Halloween!

With the long hours I work, had a hard time getting this finished!! I made a step card for this challenge, and even though her costume is for a "Princess", I did the Halloween theme, adding some pieces from my Cricut! Was a fun card to do, used the new My Minds Eye Halloween papers, they are so cool! Distressed and layered them, and made them look ever more frightning!! "Pink" challenge at Just Magnolia!

I think this challenge is awesome! I support all those wonderful ladies and their courage! I also love this stamp, she is perfect for this one! I colored her with my distress inks.I used Prima's new line of paper, I distressed them and layered them also! I made the lace around the image with my punch, and added a ton of Prima flowers too! Easel Card for "Sweet Pea Stampers"

I love making easel cards, so the challenge at Sweet Pea stampers, was so much fun! I added a little twist to this one......if you look at the side view picture, you will see the little fence is in an upright position around picture and base of card, which really adds dimension!The image is called Starry Halloween, and its so cool for Halloween!I used several brands of paper, and the flowers are cut from Graphic45.

I love these two images, they are awesome! They were perfect for this step card, which fit's perfect with the challenge over at Sassy's this week.......dimension!! I used my distress inks to color this time! I punchd out a bunch of leaves to lay under the pumpkins which also added some dimension! Christmas Card for Sweet Pea challenge!

This is made for the challenge at the Sweet Pea Stamps blog! This stamp is called "Bad Hair Day", but I colored the mushroom in red, to make it more Christmas! Colored with distress inks, distressed and layered the papers, added a flower from Michael's, and even did up the inside of card too! I also added a gate made from my Cricut! Christmas card for Waltzing Mouse Blog Challenge!

I was surfing the blogs today, and noticed the freebie at Waltzing Mouse, and could not resist the challenge! She is sooooo pretty, and was so much fun to color! I used my copics, and tried to get some rich deep color on this one!! I also used my music stamp on the red background paper, which I think has a real Christmas feel to it! I love making hand made flowers, and the sketch for this week over at the Mouse....well it afforded me the opportunity to not only use my "music" stamps that I bought there, but to make some handmade flowers too!! Was a ton of fun to make, and I really like the Christmas feel to this card with the stamped background papers!! I distressed the papers also, and they are last years Christmas line from BG!
