Friends......

This is for my Vintage Udfordring (my design team contribution), and there's an awesome sketch for you to have fun with!!  come join in, and have fun!! Also for Deep Ocean Challenge (something old- lace), Stampin' For the Weekend (anything goes), and Papertake Weekly challenge (pick of the year - anything goes with option animal - dog in lower right corner). On this card I layered and distressed all the papers, added some gorgeous lace, some awesome tiny stars, rolled roses (instead of the buttons), and did some faux stitching! thanks for stopppin' by and takin' a peek! Christmas Bird..........

 

 

This is for a couple challenges! Using sketch over at Thirst-Creativity-Sketch and Papertake Weekly challenge (last Christmas card of the year).. I layered and distressed all papers using the awesome sketch! I made that little wreath, added a twine bow with little snowflakes hanging from the ends! I also added some tiny gold pearls in upper left corner and lower right corner of card! I also splattered white paint for snow about the front of card! I made this using the sketch over at Skrapkopilka,(sketch #5) and it was fun to make! the sketch was so fun, so it was a very fun challenge! I made the banner, layered and distressed all papers, die cut the snowflake, and layered and raised it too! I then splattered entire card with white paint to look like snow1 thanks so much for takin' a peek! Teresa*

This is for the scrap lift over at Assorti! This is my second time entering their challenges, fun site and lots of exciting things going on over there! I used the card made by  Otkpbitka,  as my inspiration, and this was my take on it! I layered and distresses all the papers, and instead of drawing on the card, I did a cut out of some red squared paper, and also used the punched out paper from snowflake as my template to add texture to the background by adding a textured snowflake to background paper! I added some stars, leaves, snowflakes and little balls to the card!! And for good measure, I splattered white paint for a snow effect! Thanks for takin'a peek! Teresa*

                                      ScrapMagic (inspiration)

This is for some new challenges for me! Scrapclub (wood look paper-texture, 3-D, blues),  Scrapberry's (added a small crown on journal strip), Prostosdelay (#72 sketch), Scrap Magic (photo inspiration), and Studio Scrapbooking (frosty freshness). I layered and distressed all the papers, made that little banner, added die cut leaves and snowflakes, added gauze, some little punched trees, string, and splattered the whole thing with white paint to look like snow1 Thanks so much for stoppin' by and takin' a peek! Merry Christmas-Happy New Year

This is for a couple new challenges for me!! Cardabilities (using sketch) and Scrapmagia (Christmas  Tree & Happy New Year). I  layered and distressed all the papers. I added lots of twine, gauze, and yarn for the bow and ties on the card! I added a metal embellishment, wooden snowflake and some cute little houses in place of a tag!! May Peace be your Gift........

I love using the Starbucks drink jars for projects! This one was a ball to make! I layered paper, gauze, ribbon, string, jute to help make this little gift jar!  I made a bow around neck with the jute, string, and gauze, and added the red balls to the ends of the jute! I also used white craft paint to sprinkle around looking like snow! There's also some tiny little stars sprinkled about! I will fill this with candy and give for a gift!  For a few challenges! This is my "packaging" craft for my design team effort over at Vintage Udfordring! Also for ScrapKopilka (red marathon).,  Assorti (red balls & stars), Wings of Rent  (first whisper of winter).
